The Founders
Hadrian Lassalle, CEO and Co-Founder, graduated from The American University of Paris with a major in Management and a minor in Fine Arts. Born in London, raised in Santa Monica, and shaped by his years living in Paris, Hadrian brings a distinctly international perspective to the business of art. Raised in a family of creatives, his grandfather a revered French painter, Hadrian was immersed in the world of visual storytelling from a young age. While art remains a personal passion, it’s his strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive that define his role at Gallery Le Murier.
With a background in building and scaling business ventures, Hadrian leads the company’s operational growth, artist support systems, and long-term vision. His focus is on making the art world more accessible, transparent, and artist-friendly removing the traditional gatekeeping that often stands between creators and collectors. Under his leadership, Gallery Le Murier is not just a gallery. It’s a platform built to empower, offering innovative sales infrastructure, data-driven growth strategies, and long-term career development support. From negotiating deals to shaping artist programs, Hadrian ensures that every decision is rooted in sustainability, integrity, and creative freedom.
Aulona Baliu, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, was born and raised in Kosovo, where craftsmanship and meaningful detail are deeply valued. She moved to Paris for college, where she studied Entrepreneurship with a minor in Art History, and later trained at the Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles to refine her ability to communicate with emotion and impact. Known for her vibrant energy and storytelling skill, Aulona leads the branding, social media, and PR direction for our artists. She brings both strategy and soul to every campaign organizing press coverage, interviews, curated events, and digital campaigns that help artists expand their visibility and build meaningful connections with collectors and media.
In addition to marketing and PR, Gallery Le Murier supports artists with tailored services including website creation, e-commerce setup, social media growth, and visual identity development. The goal is to remove the burden of the business side so artists can stay focused on their work—while still growing a powerful and profitable brand.
Hadrian and Aulona are not only co-founders—they are husband and wife. Their story began in Paris, and Gallery Le Murier was born out of their shared love for art, storytelling, and helping artists thrive with confidence, clarity, and purpose
